A. Eligibility & Qualification
Pharmaceutical manufacturers, API companies, formulation companies, CDMOs, biologics and biosimilars organizations, pharma machinery and equipment providers, packaging and drug delivery solution providers, cleanroom and HVAC providers, laboratory and analytical technology providers, distributors, logistics and supply chain service providers, regulatory and specialized support service providers, health-tech companies, academic and research institutions, eligible start-ups and eligible individual nominees may apply under the relevant India Pharma Awards 2026 categories.
Yes. Individuals may apply under the "Women Leader in Pharma" category, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements. The nominee should have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience and at least one year with the current organization as on March 31, 2026.
An organization must be registered in India or have a formal business presence in India and should have completed at least one year of operations in India as on March 31, 2026. The nominated work should be relevant to its India operations or the Indian pharmaceutical ecosystem.
Organizations may submit up to 5 nominations across relevant categories, provided each application is complete, distinct, and clearly aligned with the selected category.
A nomination should be submitted only under categories to which it is clearly relevant. Where the same entry is submitted in more than one category, each application should be tailored to the respective category definition, eligibility requirements and evaluation parameters.
B. Application Process
Applications should be submitted through the official India Pharma Awards 2026 nomination platform. The official application link will be communicated by the organizers.
The nomination or participation fee, if applicable, will be communicated through the official nomination platform or by the organizers.
Applicants may save the application as a draft and edit it before final submission. Once submitted, the application cannot be edited.
You will receive an email acknowledgement that your application has been received within 24 hrs of electronic submission.
C. Shortlisting & Jury Evaluation
All submitted forms are validated and screened before jury evaluation. The jury reviews eligible entries based on the award category, quality of submission, relevance, outcomes and demonstrated impact.
Entries are evaluated by an eminent jury comprising industry and domain experts.
No. Shortlisting depends on eligibility, category fit, document completeness and evaluation against the applicable criteria. Submission of an application does not guarantee shortlisting or selection.
D. Jury Evaluation
Shortlisted organizations, teams or individuals may be required to present their nominated initiative, results and supporting evidence to the jury if requested by the organizers.
If invited by the organizers, participation in the jury presentation will be required for final consideration, subject to the instructions shared with shortlisted applicants.
Yes, where a presentation round is conducted, the format, timelines, duration and supporting-document requirements will be communicated to shortlisted applicants.
E. Winner Selection & Structure
Winner selection is subject to the jury’s final assessment of eligible entries against the applicable evaluation criteria.
The final number and structure of recognitions, if any, will be determined by the jury and organizers based on the entries received and the award framework.
Yes. A category may have no winner if the entries do not meet the required evaluation standards, as per jury's discretion.
F. Recognition & Usage Rights
Winners receive trophy/certificate and official winner recognition.
Yes, winners may use the award logo as per the official brand usage guidelines.
G. Award Ceremony
Attendance at the award ceremony is encouraged but not mandatory. Finalists and winners will receive event-related communication from the organizers.
An authorized representative may attend on behalf of the organization, subject to event registration and organizer guidelines.
Event format and engagement opportunities will be shared through official program communication.
H. Timelines
All important dates, deadlines and event updates should be checked on the official India Pharma Awards platform or through official communication from the organizers.
Any extension will be communicated officially by the organizers.
I. Confidentiality & Internal Communication
Yes, all submissions are treated as confidential.
Feedback, if provided, will be at the discretion of the management or jury and is not guaranteed for unsuccessful entries.
