Applying for India Pharma Awards 2026

Detailed Guide on how to fill the application form

This platform provides an opportunity for organizations, institutions and individuals to gain recognition for excellence, innovation and impact across India’s pharmaceutical ecosystem.
1. Where to Find the Application Form
The application form will be available at:
https://www.indiapharmaawards.com
2. Things to Keep Ready Before Starting the Application Form
  • Incorporation / GST Certificate or valid registration document*
  • Company / Organization / Institution Profile*
  • Technical dossier, initiative note, product brochure or case study, as relevant to the nomination*
  • Nominee Profile / CV*
  • Leadership achievement overview and supporting evidence relevant to the nomination*
Additional supporting documents may be uploaded under the “Any Other Supporting Documents” section. Each uploaded document should not exceed 5 pages. (Category-specific supporting document requirements will be displayed within the nomination form based on the selected category.)
3. Application Form Structure (5 Parts)
This section captures the details of the organization’s designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC), who will be the primary contact for all subsequent communication related to the program.

  • Mobile No.
  • Email ID
For Organization / Institution Categories:
  • Name of the Organization (same will appear on the trophy)
  • Date of Incorporation / Registration
  • Registered Office Address (City, State, PIN Code)
  • Nature of Organization / Applicant Type
  • Relevant Business Area / Pharma Ecosystem Segment
  • Corporate / Group / Parent Company (if any)
  • Company Website & Contact Details (Telephone, Email)
For Individual-based Categories:
  • Name of Nominee (same will appear on the trophy)
  • Gender & Designation
  • Department / Function
  • Total Industry Experience as on March 31, 2026
  • Tenure in Current Organization as on March 31, 2026
  • Organization Name & Address
  • Contact Details (Telephone, Email)
This is one of the most crucial sections of the application form. Here you will have to talk about your nomination in detail.

Please Mention Details Pertaining to The Period Between April 01, 2024 To March 31, 2026 And in Maximum 250 Words each.
Based on the Category you select, You'll have to answer the questions related to the initiative/solution.
These questions are based on the respective evaluation parameters as per category relevance.
  • Name of the Initiative / Solution (in not more than 50 words) (if applicable)
  • Please mention the launch / start date (if applicable) (DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Please mention the end date (if applicable) (DD/MM/YYYY) / Ongoing
  • MCQ objective-type question as per category
Case Study Questions will evaluate the nomination using the parameters applicable to the selected segment:
  • Strategic or sector relevance
  • Execution / technical excellence
  • Innovation and differentiation
  • Measurable impact
  • Adoption, scalability, compliance, safety, reliability, reach or credibility, wherever relevant

It is recommended to tailor responses to the selected category and present clear, concise and evidence-backed information.

It is recommended to tailor responses to the selected category and present clear, concise and evidence-backed information.

In this section, upload all mandatory supporting documents and any additional evidence relevant to the nomination, such as product or solution brochures, technical notes, deployment case studies, client use cases, metrics, certifications, validations, compliance references, photographs, demo videos, plant deployment evidence, customer testimonials, etc.

Please note that though some documents may be non-mandatory, applicants are strongly encouraged to provide relevant evidence. Each document should not exceed 5 pages.

In this final section, review the pre-filled declaration and Terms and Conditions carefully and understand the rules and regulations that all applicants must follow.
